  My degree project is a website about dumplings. The aim of this project is to introduce audiences to the many aspects of Chinese dumplings through my website. Although dumplings have been around for over 1800 years, fewer and fewer people are interested in learning about the cultural history and symbolism of dumplings. Through my website, I want to promote the dumpling culture that belongs to China. There are many excellent films and documentaries in the field of Chinese food culture, such as 《 A bite of China 》 and 《 Eat   Drink   Man   Woman 》 . These two productions have inspired me in terms of their influence on Chinese cuisine. Due to their influence, I want to contribute my share to the export of Chinese food culture. To this end, I want to make more people aware of the culture and history of Chinese dumplings through my website.
